My company utilizes RGN, flatbeds and steps on a regular basis. We ship coast-to-coast and sometimes at the drop of a hat. I had tried other brokerages but was getting frustrated with their lack of urgency, or incomplete quotes. I noticed right away that RC was different. My calls are answered or returned right away. My completed quotes usually come back on the same day and if they are not able, they will let me know they are still working on it. I send quotes out to competing brokerages on occasion and RC's pricing is the most competitive and their customer service, stellar. If you want your freight moved by a company with integrity, quality and consistency, try them out. You won't be disappointed.
